Meet Julie Brown – Founder of Heroes Helpmates
Julie Brown is a dedicated holistic health professional specializing in the treatment and support of individuals affected by PTSD. As a former military spouse whose husband served as an Iraqi combat veteran, Julie has experienced firsthand the long-term impact PTSD can have—not just on service members, but on their families as well. Her personal journey inspired her to make it her life’s mission to help others heal from the invisible wounds of trauma.

Driven by compassion and purpose, Julie founded Heroes Helpmates, a support network created specifically for the spouses and families who stand behind our heroes. Through holistic care, education, and community support, she empowers others to navigate the challenges of PTSD while prioritizing their own well-being.
